We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a balcony in our room which was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were modern and easy to use, and we were impressed with the parking availability and how convenient it was to get to through the elevator. The location of the hotel was also ideal, making it easy for us to explore the city. But what stood out the most was the staff - they were incredibly helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who lent us a charger and sent someone to assist us with the TV immediately.

The TV channels were not great and we wished there was coffee in the room instead of just tea. we had a decent stay, but these smaller aspects made our city break less enjoyable.
